Coral cultivation in Huvafen Fushi

In Valentine's day at Huvafen Fushi, we had coral planting.
So, I also adopted one coral and also helped planting.
I named our coral "Little Mermaid"

Little Mermaid is now part of Huvafen Fushi's coral nursery.
It's about 3cm height now.
Stay there for about 6 month or so, and then will move to our house reef.
I will visit Little Mermaid time to time while I'm here.

Breathing technique and visualization workshop for pregnant women

Image
I will have workshop to pregnancy ladies for the first time in this Thursday.  This time will be bit different from my normal workshop...  By the way, you can hold your breath or take big breath during pregnancy...   In my personal opinion, pregnant woman have no problems with freediving, diving in regular tanks or snorkeling (as long as they can understand the limits of their body)  However,it is highly likely that you do not know what will happen during pregnancy.  So it will be no breath hold or taking special breathing exercise on this workshop.  And I also got some advice from my friend who supporting pregnant ladies professionally (Noriko Amies) in Australia.    ********  In giving birth, it is of course important to practice how much you can relax yourself, but more important than that is to find a health care professional who will support the childbirth you want.  No matter how much you master the relaxation method and fee...

Declaration to reclaim the sovereignty of the Earth

Image
On the 20th of March 2021, We made a declaration on the "New Years of the universe: reclaiming the sovereignty of the Earth" at the NBS hosted by Madoka, Ashtar's twin flame. I have translated it into English from Japanese. On behalf of all humanity on earth, today we declare to the whole universe: We, the people of the Earth, do not give permission to any being, organization, person or entity to violate the free will of any of us, to harm our mind, body or soul, without the consent of our soul. We reject it completely. We will not allow our free will to be violated without the consent of our souls, depriving us of the innate rights we have been given by our Creator: love, fertility, health and security. We reject it completely. All those who do such things without the consent of our souls, violating our free will, are ordered to leave the Earth and the space of human existence immediately. We also ask all the beings of light in the universe. We, the people of the ...

Sometimes I make the announcement the day before and send it to those who DM me, but today it was a surprise on the day! If you want to receive the energy, and you just accept it, that's all you need to do. It's interesting that everyone feels and senses differently. Everything is energy, we are also energy, we have vibrations. When I think about it, I have many memories from my childhood. Even from the age of zero, when I couldn't speak, I remember what I was thinking and thinking. And when I was about five years old, I thought, "Why am I here? Why am I here? Who am I? And when I was in primary school, I looked at adults and thought that they were not very affectionate (who was I comparing myself to?). When I was in primary school, I used to look at adults and wonder i...
